Inn the Spirit of Murder

Andie Rose Kaczmarek, a life coach and self-declared skeptic, and her red retriever Aspen become the new owners of Spirit Lake Inn in Minnesota, a building said to be haunted. Her grandparents built the inn's reputation, and it is put at risk when Andie Rose finds a body in the kitchen.

To manage the stress of staying sober, she takes on a sponsor, the feisty Sister Alice. Andie Rose soon becomes absorbed in a new and potentially more dangerous habit, which is solving the murder. The question is whether she can move from skeptic to believer.

The tone is light and the investigation becomes a lively adventure.
