Are the books new?
Yes. Every book is a new copy, ordered from our distributor, Atlantic Books, for your order. We don't sell used or reprinted copies.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 3–7 days from the day you order. You'll get a tracking link by email when your parcel ships. See delivery.
Is there a delivery charge?
No. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum order value.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery: you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. We don’t take online payments yet.
How do I know I am getting the right edition?
Each book page shows its ISBN-13, which identifies one specific edition. Search by ISBN to find an exact edition. If the book you receive has a different ISBN, return it free of charge.
Some books have titles in German. Are they in English?
Not always. Our catalogue includes books from German and other European publishers, and some are written in those languages. Where the language isn’t shown on the page, the title and publisher are the best guide; ask us if you’re unsure before ordering.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until it ships. See cancellations.
How do returns work?
Return any unused book within 15 days of delivery. We arrange the pickup and refund you by bank transfer or UPI. See returns and refunds.
Can you find a book you don’t list?
Often, yes. Send us the title or ISBN and we'll check whether our distributor can supply it.
Do you supply libraries and institutions?
Yes. Contact us with your list and we'll send a quote.
