Cancellations

You can cancel an order, or any book in it, free of charge until the parcel is handed to the courier.

Before your order ships

Cancel from your account (Orders, then Cancel), or contact us with your order number. As orders are cash on delivery, there is nothing to refund.

After your order ships

Once the parcel is with the courier we can't stop it. Please accept the delivery and return the book within the return window instead. Refusing a cash-on-delivery parcel at the door means the courier returns it to us at our cost; if this happens repeatedly on an account, we may ask for that account's future orders to be confirmed by phone first.

If we cancel

We cancel a book only if our distributor can't supply it, or if the listed price was clearly wrong. We tell you straight away, and you won't be charged.
