You can return a book within 15 days of delivery. We arrange the return pickup at no cost to you.

What you can return

  • Any book, for any reason, within 15 days of delivery, as long as it is unused: no writing, highlighting, folded pages or damage.
  • A book that arrived damaged, misprinted, or is not the edition you ordered (same ISBN). Please report these within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.

How to return a book

  1. Contact us with your order number and the book you want to return (details below, or use your account).
  2. We confirm the return and book a courier pickup from your address. We'll send you the pickup details.
  3. Pack the book securely. Hand it to the courier when they arrive.
  4. When the book reaches us and we've checked it, we send your refund.

Refunds

Because orders are paid in cash on delivery, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to an account you give us. We send the refund within 7 days of receiving the returned book; your bank may take a little longer to show it. Refunds are for the price you paid for the book. Delivery is free, so there is no delivery charge to refund.

If a returned book comes back used or damaged (other than damage in transit to you), we may refuse the return and send the book back to you.
