Delivery is free on every order, to any serviceable pincode in India. Most orders arrive within 3–7 days of ordering.

How your order is fulfilled

We don't keep a warehouse of every title. When you order, we order a new copy of the book from our distributor, Atlantic Books. Once it reaches us we check it, pack it and hand it to a courier.

Occasionally the distributor can't supply a title (for example, if the publisher has run out of stock). If that happens we'll tell you by email or phone straight away and cancel that book. As you pay on delivery, you won't have paid anything for it.

Couriers and tracking

We book shipments through courier aggregators (such as Shiprocket), which assign a courier that serves your pincode. When the parcel ships we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check progress on the track your order page or in your account.

If a delivery attempt fails

Couriers usually try again within one or two days. Please keep your phone reachable. If the parcel can't be delivered after the courier's attempts, it comes back to us and we'll contact you to arrange another delivery or close the order.

Damaged parcel or wrong book

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If a book is damaged in transit or isn't the one you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost. See returns.
