About this book

Escape From Terror follows the life of Dr Bill Basansky, from his birth in Ukraine, then part of the Soviet Union, through the German occupation that forced his family from their home. The family endured Nazi prison camps during the Second World War before reaching America after the war ended.

Later chapters cover his service in the U.S. Air Force, an injury that left him paralysed, and a long struggle with addiction. He went on to earn a master's degree in linguistics from the University of Oklahoma and a PhD in psychology and counselling from Union University in California. Faith runs through the account as a central theme.

Creation House published the book in 2005. It runs to 320 pages. ISBN-13: 9781591857204.
