Fast Software Encryption

This Springer volume collects the revised selected papers from the 17th Fast Software Encryption workshop, known as FSE 2010, which took place in Seoul, Korea, from 7 to 10 February 2010. The publisher describes the event as one in a series of workshops on cryptography.

The series has run since the early 1990s. The first workshop was held in Cambridge, UK, in 1993, and later meetings took place in Leuven, Cambridge again, Haifa, Paris, Rome and New York. Since 2002 the workshop has been sponsored by the International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR).

Because the book gathers the selected papers from that workshop, it is most useful to researchers and graduate students in cryptography who want the workshop's work in one volume.
